1. Meet & Greet
Before confirming any booking, we’ll arrange a friendly meet and greet. This helps both the Pawrent and the cat sitter feel comfortable. Once both sides agree, we can arrange the key handover or discuss how I will enter your home. * For High Rise Homes: Please ensure car park access is arranged for the cat sitter to enter smoothly. * If You Have an Alarm System: Kindly turn it off during the sitting time to avoid delays.
2. Booking & Payment
An invoice will be provided. 50% deposit to secure the booking. 50% balance after the final visit on the same day. All payments are cashless, as stated in the invoice.
3. First Day Check In
We will notify you via WhatsApp on the first day to let you know that we will be visiting your Meows today, Just to give you peace of mind.
4. Quality Time for Your Meows
We will spend dedicated time with your Meows, including: Playtime/Manja Time/Wet food feeding/ Snack time(according to your instructions.
5. Daily Video Report
You will receive a video update showing completed tasks such as: Litter box scooping, Bowl cleaning and refilling & Tidying the area. Please note that the video may take a little time to send due to its length, but it will always be delivered on the same day.
